Shamanic Practice

Shamanism is an ancient spiritual path, predating written language. Most world cultures have a shamanic tradition, but since there are few written records much of it has been lost. The major source of surviving shamanic knowledge is held by the Native American and South American tribes. In most known traditions, the shaman was the spiritual guide, healer and teacher of his or her tribe.

In modern times, of course, there is no real tribe. But a role for the shaman still remains, to guide, heal and empower those who are lost or hurt in our increasingly fragmented, confusing and purposeless times.

I use a mixture of modern counselling techniques and ancient skills of energy work, spirit journeying, soul retrieval and ritual to help people understand themselves and their personal history, unlock and release old pains and fears, heal their hurts and move forward on their path.

I've worked with people suffering from depression, loss, longterm anxiety and demotivation, traumatic drug experiences and self-image problems. Confidentiality is assured. I charge on a sliding scale of £15-£30 per hour, whatever you can afford, and the first session is free.
