As a passionate reader of everything from Steven King to Sun Tzu, Vasari to Alan Moore, I understand the mechanisms of good and compelling writing in a wide variety of styles - popular, business, fiction, poetry, autobiography, lifestyle, technical or commercial.

My wide range of interests, including technology, IT and gadgets, food and cooking, travel and culture, psychology, philosophy, productivity and health, allow me to write knowledgeably on a range of topics - if I don't know much about a subject I am called on to cover, I relish the opportunity to develop an indepth understanding of a new field.

As a web designer and internet copywriter I bring an understanding of SEO and strategic layout, as well as a fundamental understanding of how the web evolves and functions. I know how to seek out solid sources of information and discard spam, and I'm also happy to switch to old-fashioned journalism, make phone calls and build contacts to support my research.

My degree in Psychology and Art History taught me how to carry out academic-level research, cite and reference correctly (according to the APA style guide) and lay out my information in a clear, readable and concise manner.

My prices for website articles start from $15.00 (£10.00) for 200-500 words. If your site has good exposure and a high Google rank, I may be willing to write some free articles in exchange for a well-placed backlink.

I'm based in Bedford, Bedfordshire, England, but I'm happy to take long-distance jobs and give frequent updates by email or phone.
