Affordable Web Design - Your Own Professional Website for £150!

I started working as a freelance web designer in the mid nineties, and my clients included Home and Capital, Sovereign Reversions and Ampthill Metal Company. Due to lack of time I handed off my clients when I moved on to another job, apart from Cryselco Lighting who very kindly insisted I continue to maintain their site.

I'm now re-entering the field, starting with this site and taking on other projects as they come, according to my available time.

I build by hand in HTML and Javascript, and occasionally a little PHP. I create my own graphics in 2D or 3D (I built all the graphics for this site, except for link buttons to other sites), edit photos, and I often end up editing and even writing copy where it's needed. That means I can handle pretty much every aspect of developing your site.

I'm fun to work with, happy to explain any technical details if you're still finding your way on the Web, and I'm a human being you can talk to, not a corporation who will take your details and direct you to some automated helpdesk when you need assistance.

I basically live on the Web, updating myself daily on the latest techologies, how the search engines and browsers are behaving, and everything that's new online.

Right now, while I'm rebuilding my portfolio, I'm also ridiculously affordable! I'll build your site for £150.00 flat, including up to ten pages, graphic design, cute little animated features (like the fade-in links at the top of the page), and other goodies. My initial consultation is free, and I'll throw in a briefing on the best ways to promote your site and get it to the top of the search engines. My price never goes up unless you move the goalposts, and the job's not done until you're happy.

I'm based in Bedford, Bedfordshire, England, but I'm happy to take long-distance jobs and give frequent updates by email or phone.
